Spring Fling@ Spring Hill Baptist Church, Ruckersville
Map
It’s time for Spring Hill Baptist Church’s annual Spring Fling. The event begins at 1PM and goes until 4PM at the Dover-Foxcroft venue next to the church on Fray’s Mill Road in Ruckersville. Parking is plentiful.
This free public event offers an egg hunt for all ages, different games, entertainment, moon bounces, food and more. Bring comfortable shoes to walk around and enjoy the fun and the spectacular views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains.
There will also be a silent auction where you can bid on wonderful and one-of-a-kind items to help support the Hold My Hand for Life Foundation. The Foundation will hold a Bone Marrow Donation Drive during the event where you can offer to help save the life of someone in need.
If you want another way to save lives, come early or stay late and donate blood during a blood drive from 12:30PM – 4:30PM. Virginia Blood Services, the sole supplier of blood for hospitals in our area, will be on hand to collect blood donations.
This is a great day for free fun and a great way to give back at the same time. To find out more, go to the church’s website www.springhillbaptist.org. |
