It was amazing to watch Paul and Terri interact with the kids.  They have an ability to encourage creativity and do it in a way gives each child time and a sense of accomplishment. 

Sometimes, it seemed the whole thinking process was hard for everyone with serious faces and hard thinking but Paul has a way of clowning around without distracting or detracting from the process.  Even the principal came in to watch and ended up cogitating over lyrics himself.
