June Elizabeth Chisum

June Elizabeth Chisum, 80, of Stanardsville, VA died on Monday, January 16, 2012 at Evergreene Meadows. She was born on April 1, 1931 in Los Angeles, CA to the late John C and Ruth Carpenter Roberts.

Mrs. Chisum is survived by her daughters, Rebecca L. Donham of CA and Sandra E. Eppard and her husband, Dale of Stanardsville, three grandchildren, Rachel Bermendez, Kimberly Finerty and Justin Eppard and three great grandchildren, Dan Patrick Finerty, Vincent Bermendez and Cloe Bermendez.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Berl G. Chisum and her brother, Alden Roberts.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 20, 2012 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Ryan Funeral Home, 12819 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Ryan Funeral Home, with Pastor Johnny Hartless officiating.

Interment will be held in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, CA.

In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions in her name to Grace Baptist Church, 3764 Pritchett Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22901.
