Crystal Dawn Morris

Crystal Dawn Morris, 28, of Dyke passed away Sunday, August 12, 2007.

Crystal was born August 18, 1978.  She leaves behind her loving parents Earl Wayne whom she fondly called "Diddy" and Helen Morris whom she fondly called "Boo".  She was the maternal granddaughter of the late Samuel Clarence and Virginia Shifflett of Stanardsville and the paternal granddaughter of James "Buddy" and the late Addie Knight of Dyke.

In addition to her parents she leaves behind a brother, Kevin, and his girlfriend Michelle. She also leaves behind her treasured nephews whom she loved and adored Skyler Remington, Logan Scott, and Garrett Winchester.

She also leaves behind a very special aunt Linda Knight with whom she lived, and many other loving aunts, uncles, and cousins, especially Shirley, Christopher, Whitney, Jessi, Waylon, and Cameron.

Crystal had many adoring friends, Heather, Brandi, Kelly, and Cynthia.

She was employed as a dental assistant for Dr Leo Mallek in Earlysville, Virginia. Crystal enjoyed playing music with her family and friends. Her sense of humor and fun loving nature will leave us all with many fond memories and will be greatly missed.

Family visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday, August 15, 2007, at Ryan Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, August 16, 2007, at Nortonsville Pentecostal Church with Brother Frank Chapman.  Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Dyke, Virginia.

Ryan Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
