Triple Pepper Papaya Shrimp Salad

Makes: 4 servings |
Ingredients:
1 pound peeled, cooked large shrimp
1 papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
1 cup whole kernel corn
4 green onions, chopped (about 1/2
cup)
1 cup Pace Triple Pepper Salsa
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
Mixed salad greens |
Directions:
1. Combine shrimp, papaya, corn and onions in
large bowl. Add salsa and lemon juice and toss to coat.
2. Serve over salad greens.
