Sausage and Spinach Soup

Makes: 5 servings |
Ingratiates:
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 pound sweet Italian pork sausage, cut into 3/4-inch
slices
4 cups Swanson Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness or Certified Organic)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, sliced
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach leaves |

Directions:
1. Spray medium saucepan with cooking spray and heat over
medium-high heat 1 minute. Add sausage and cook until well
browned, stirring often. Pour off fat.
2. Stir in broth, oregano, onion and carrot. Heat to a
boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until
vegetables are tender
3. Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute more.
